Having completed more than fifty shopping centers, ISO is specialized in the construction of complex new shopping complexes, one fine example of which is the El Corte Inglés store on Avenida de Francia (Valencia) totaling a built area of 180,000 m², divided among five floor levels below ground level, a ground level and ten upper floor levels, located on a parcel measuring 16,000 m², on which Ibérica de Servicios y Obras has also developed the perimetral areas as well as the access ways.

This project crowns a long list of references for one same customer, standing as proof of Ibérica de Servicios y Obras as being a highly specialized Company, possibly the top Spanish construction firm in projects of this typology.
