FCC Actividades de Construccion Industrial, S.A.

In compliance with Article 289 of the Venture Capital Companies Act communicates for general knowledge that extraordinary and universal FCC ACTIVIDADES DE CONSTRUCCIÓN INDUSTRIAL SA shareholders General meeting on the  4th of May 2011 agreed to extend its corporate purpose, to cover new society activities. As a result, amending Article 2 of bylaws, whose wording is attached below.

FCC Industrial is the new brand under the FCC Group, which intends to pursue its growth strategy based on diversification and internalization. Due to this new brand, FCC will consolidate its position in the industry and energy sectors, which are receiving a strong boost from all public and private sectors.

Under the FCC Industrial brand, which was launched in November 2010, will operate several companies in the industrial area of FCC Construcción, which have extensive work experience in that area of activity, which is the best guarantee for a future common success.

The new Industrial Group belonging to FCCCO has just launched its web portal. This Home will host activities and information of different companies that have joined under the umbrella brand FCC Industrial to make more efficient its growth strategy.
